The Cumberland Mountain Retreat (POA) is over 50 years old. The Retreat has residential and privately owned village lots for tiny homes. We have full time residents, part time residents and weekenders. We have residential and village lots for sale by the POA and private owners. (We do not rent lots to the public).
The Retreat has three lakes for fishing and a beach area for swimming.
